On average, your order will be received in 3 - 5 working days. Due to a high volume of orders in August, December, and January, delivery times may be extended. - Course Materials purchased may be returned to The Stallion Shop within the posted refund period and with the original receipt. The refund period ends 2 business days after the drop date for fall and spring semesters and 1 business day after the drop date for summer semester.
- Refunds are given in the same method of payment that was received. However, check and cash payments may be given back as cash if funds allow, otherwise, a check will be cut from the Business Office
- Purchases made with a check are subject to a 5 business day waiting period for a refund.
- Physical textbooks must be returned in the same condition as purchased. Digital books must not have been accessed to receive a refund. Access Codes have to be sealed or unscratched to receive a refund.
- Clothing and other merchandise must be returned with original tags and unopened packaging, unless defective.
