ATTENTION

*ORDERS PLACED FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY WHEN THE FULFILLMENT CENTER RE-OPENS*

  • You will receive a confirmation email once you place a course material order. 
  • Once the order is processed (orders are not processed on the weekends), you will receive a payment confirmation email with the status of your course material order. 
  • If an item is "On Order", this means the item is not in our fulfillment center but is on the way from the supplier and will be fulfilled as soon as the item arrives. You will receive an email communication when the item has been fulfilled.
  • If an eBook is available for an "On Order" item and you would like to replace it with getting an eBook instantly, please contact abac@textbookbrokers.com. We are happy to refund the "On Order" item, and you can place an order for the eBook that will be emailed to you upon processing.
  • If you want to cancel an "On Order" item, please contact abac@textbookbrokers.com. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
